Finca Las Nieves

Caressed by breezes from the Pacific ocean far below, Finca las Nieves has been producing some of the finest organic coffee in the world since the 19th century. Today, Las Nieves is once again awake, producing superb shade grown Altura organic coffee, while protecting its fabulous heritage of forest and fauna. It is our privilege to be part of preserving and sharing this extraordinary and magical place.

Please come and enjoy hiking through our virgin mountain forest, enjoy fine coffee and fine Mexico vegetarian cuisine. Please Contact Us for reservations or more information.

Set in one of the most beautiful parts of Mexico, the Oaxacan cloud forest, Las Nieves had become all but forgotten… wonderfully lost in time, so that its biggest trees have been remained uncut, its animals unhunted…and filled, too, with glorious birds seeking refuge.

Our first three bungalows are now available for your enjoyment at $250usd per night per couple, including two meals per day, snacks and transportation to and from the Hotel Santa Fe.

Eco Tours

Ask about our private and group Eco tours for Finca Las Nieves, Roca Blanca, the turtle sanctuary, San Juan Lachao, Nopala, Manialtepec, Mazunte y Ventanilla are and other attractions which are now available from the Hotel Santa Fe. The Bazaar Santa Fe

The Bazaar Santa Fe is a most unusual shop that reflects our many years of experience in the ethnographic art and antiques. Here you will find a wonderful range of Oaxacan crafts, antiques, textiles, clothing and jewelry. The care and effort put into seeking out some of the finest examples of Mexican regional art are evident in our offerings. Nowhere else on the coast will you find our quality and range of local offerings.
